Principal Field Engineers are highly trained in both hardware platform and operating system environments. All are equipped with a comprehensive suite of diagnostic tools to assist with fault resolution.
The standard service is based on a 4-hour response for business critical servers and 8 hours for all other devices (09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). Extended hours of service can be tailored to suit individual business requirements to provide 24 hours, 365 days per year coverage.
