Our methodology includes the following stages:
- Business Assessment - successful projects require careful planning and design. At this stage we clarify project goals and requirements. We can also include an inventory of your Information Technology resources. We work with you to define the full implications and scale of your project.
- Solution Design & Recommendations - we will not submit a proposal until we have reached a satisfactory conclusion to the assessment stage. Our recommendations will be based on confirming our understanding of your requirements and will address all elements of the project including: planning, implementation, handover, and ongoing support.
- Implementation - once we have your acceptance in principle of the proposal we will issue a fully costed schedule of works, finalise budgets and agree implementation stages and timescales. Based on the project requirements, Burnbank will perform the implementation or provide assistance to the in-house team as per predefined Service Level Agreement.
- Train, Test & Handover – to ensure continued smooth operation and business benefit we advise a full test and system evaluation prior to the system going live. We will provide an onsite or live online technical presence to ensure a smooth transition and handover.
- Ongoing Support and Training. - Burnbank will be available for ongoing support, training etc on an adhoc or pre booked basis. We can provide a support package to suit all requirements supported by predefined Service Level Agreements
