Burnbank Systems History

Based in Ipswich, Suffolk, Burnbank's origins go back to 1988, when Managing Director Peter Young set up as a freelance consultant providing hardware and software services. Taking on larger contracts, as our skill set evolved, Burnbank moved to its current form in 1993.

In 2008 we gained accreditation to both ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO 27001 Information Security System which has enabled us to expand our offering in the market place; as a result we have successfully bid for some large government contracts, including a national imaging solution which we have deployed nationally on behalf of the Department of Health.
